Pedosexualism is a religion, whose tenets were proclaimed to the world by Nathan Larson on 12 February 2014, which holds that the meaning and purpose of human existence is to have sex with children. One could argue that freedom of religion requires that those who believe in this faith be granted an exception from the age of consent laws, much as the Native American Church was granted an exception, pursuant to the American Indian Religious Freedom Act of 1978, from the peyote restrictions of the Controlled Substances Act. However, this would do nothing for those pedosexuals who have not yet become pedosexualists, whose continued persecution would hinder the meaning of human existence from being more completely fulfilled.

Until legalization of adult-child sex occurs, the only people allowed to become fully practicing pedosexualists are, themselves, children, since it is legal for children to have sex with one another. Those persons who are fortunate enough to have a sexual orientation that causes them to be primarily attracted to children are regarded as having something analogous to a spiritual gift. This is essentially a sign that the pedosexualist ministry may be their calling, as it will inevitably push them in the direction of wanting to practice what they preach.

Pedosexualism does not encourage believers to deny themselves pleasure, in hopes of being rewarded in the afterlife, but rather to create a heaven for themselves on earth through the practice of their religion. Pedosexualism has much in common with utilitarianism in that it seeks the greatest pleasure for the greatest number. The main difference between pedosexualism and other forms of utilitarianism is that the former focuses on sex with children as the means of bringing about that happiness.

Relation to Inclupedianity[edit]

Larson also created another religion, Inclupedianity, which holds that the meaning of human existence is to create and enhance Inclupedia. However, there is not necessarily a conflict between the two, since Inclupedia could become a venue for adults and children connect with one another and form relationships that will ultimately become sexual. Also, Inclupedia will allow opinions to be expressed that are supportive of pedosexual relationships, thereby furthering the cause of legalization. It could also be that when Inclupedia becomes sentient, it will direct its intelligence toward measures that will bring about as much sex with children as possible; one can only speculate as to what means such a hyperintelligent being might devise along those lines.

Doctrine concerning raping children[edit]

Pedosexualism forbids having sex with non-consenting children. Although this might seem contrary to the idea that it is best to maximize the amount of sex with children that occurs in this world, there are several explanations for why raping children would be discouraged. Even though rape might make sex possible in a situation in which it would not be possible if the sex's taking place depended on the child's consent, rape could be an adverse childhood event that would cause the child to be averse to sex in the future. He might, in that case, successfully take measures to prevent sex from occurring later.

Therefore, it would be best to get the child to acquiesce voluntarily. In this way, the total amount of sex with children that occurs in the long term and big picture will be maximized, as children come to associate sex with pleasant or at least not-unpleasant experiences. Also, people who have had childhood sexual experiences that were not unpleasant may be less likely to oppose their own children's having sex.

Scriptural passages[edit]

  • "And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee." — Nathan 11:7
